Responsibilities:
Brief Description
This role supports the Senior Analyst (SA) and Assistant Manager (AM) in Business Performance & Analysis. The main responsibility is to prepare different types of reports related to business control and business development, with a focus on financial, volume, and customer performance metrics. The role also involves handling stakeholders’ requests and ensuring business requirements are met.
Key Result Areas
- Prepare and deliver routine reports and assigned tasks on time.
- Investigate and analyze anomalies or deviations, and share findings or solutions with the supervisor.
- Support the supervisor in change initiatives and analytical studies for other projects.
Key Duties
- Collect, verify, and extract relevant data from various systems and business units for measurement, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy in reports, make corrections when needed, and highlight any discrepancies to the supervisor or stakeholders.
- Deliver assigned reports on time and communicate any issues promptly.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and help resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements:
Education
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics, or other related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in management reporting or analytics, preferably in logistics or finance.
Skills
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Excel (able to use Pivot Tables, functions, and formulas).
Competencies
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting to understand key performance metrics.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
