Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue potential new customers to drive business growth.
- Recognize key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Research and establish strong relationships with new customers.
- Update lead status and record all prospect interactions in the CRM system daily.
- Arrange meetings between customer decision-makers and Principals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals that address customer needs and objectives.
- Assist in pricing solutions and services.
- Address objections by clarifying concerns, finding common ground, and working toward positive resolutions.
Customer Retention
- Support the sales team with relevant reports for renewal opportunities.
- Introduce new products and services while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Work closely with technical staff and internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or lead qualification.
- Skilled in qualifying leads across all levels, including managers, directors, VPs, and executives.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to convey messages effectively.
- Adaptable, flexible, and open to change, always willing to explore new ideas.
- Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
