Job Description
1. Define and manage the product roadmap for card acquiring products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, technology, and compliance, to develop and implement new products and features.
3. Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
4. Manage the end-to-end product development process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
5. Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
6. Provide subject matter expertise and support to sales and customer service teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1. 3-5 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
2. Strong understanding of card acquiring products and services.
3. Experience working with card schemes (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and knowledge of payment industry regulations and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
5. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional payment experiences.
6. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with our Mandarin speaking stakeholders
