Responsibilities:
Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination
- Understand corporate policies and factory procurement needs.
- Plan and manage procurement activities to meet operational requirements.
Shipment & Delivery Management
- Track shipments and ensure warehouse system updates are completed within the required timeframe.
- Arrange and monitor supplier schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate deliveries to customers and issue billing invoices.
- Ensure shipments are delivered on time to factories and subcontractors as per their requested schedules.
Quality & Compliance
- Follow up on quality defects and manage insurance claims.
- Verify that delivered cargo matches the correct quantity and price to prevent discrepancies.
Stock Management & Reporting
- Participate in monthly stock counts and submit stock reports.
Process Improvement & Customer Relations
- Gather feedback from factories and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Set and achieve mutually agreed targets to enhance efficiency and service.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
- Basic Excel skills (intermediate level preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay, with the ability to work well with different cultures.
- Energetic, fast worker with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
- Preferably has knowledge of purchasing or logistics
- Open to changes and able to adapt for continuous improvement.
