About the Role:
We are looking for a Change Management Specialist (Finance operations) to lead business transitions, process improvements, and change initiatives across the organization.
This role will manage end-to-end transitions such as new business onboarding, process migrations, system implementations, and capability expansion into the Malaysia hub. You will also drive a strong culture of continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced transformation leader who enjoys simplifying processes and enabling teams to adopt change.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business transitions, including process, system, and organizational changes.
- Develop transition plans, timelines, risk assessments, and communication plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely, structured delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR, IT).
- Facilitate change impact analysis, training, and stakeholder communication.
- Track improvement outcomes, KPIs, and benefits realization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in business transition, transformation, CI, or change management.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, Agile, or PROSCI certification preferred.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in finance or shared services environments is an advantage.
