Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute the organization’s technology vision and roadmap, particularly in the AI and LLM domains.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and LLMs to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals and market demands.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs for various applications, including conversational AI, content generation, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AI models and systems.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and platforms related to LLMs and NLP.

3. Team Development:

• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing AI and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance to teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in AI and software development.

4. Product Development:

• Oversee the creation of AI-driven products and solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements.

5. Partnerships and Collaboration:

• Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and technology providers to accelerate AI innovation.
• Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and industry events to position it as a leader in tech, AI and LLM technologies.

6. Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards, data privacy regulations, and industry-specific guidelines.
• Promote responsible AI practices to mitigate biases and risks associated with LLM applications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in AI and LLM development.
• Exceptional ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
