Client Relations Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join a fast-growing company in the online trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client and partner relationships, expanding the client base, and driving growth through local marketing and onboarding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Engage with trading professionals to expand client and partner networks
• Drive local marketing initiatives to promote company offerings
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients
• Monitor affiliate and partner performance to meet KPIs
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Experience in FX/CFD or online trading is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented team player
