Position: Client Support / Customer Experience Executive (Based in Singapore) (Salary up to 3,500 SGD)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Post-Sales Support: Ensure our drivers enjoy a smooth and hassle-free experience, offering prompt and effective assistance whenever needed.
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the first responder to drivers’ queries and concerns, resolving issues quickly and with care.
- Ongoing Engagement: Regularly check in with drivers to collect feedback and assess their overall experience with the platform.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Explore chances to offer contract renewals, vehicle upgrades, or extended lease terms that align with drivers’ needs.
- Build Strong Driver Relationships: Develop meaningful, long-term connections with drivers
- Keep Drivers Informed: Keep drivers updated on the latest promotions, product offerings, and company news to maintain engagement and excitement.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer-Focused Roles: Previous experience in positions such as Sales or Customer Support, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Genuine Passion for Helping Others: A natural enthusiasm for engaging with people and providing assistance that makes a difference.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Quick to assess situations and find effective solutions, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Excellent Communication Abilities: A proactive and empathetic communicator, skilled in understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Languages: Mandarin, English.
- Only Malaysian.
