Job Description:

  1. To assist lawyers in handling SPA and Loan Documentation for sub sale cases
  2. To assist in Loan Agreements for financing and re-financing
  3. All other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements and etc.
  4. Raise payment voucher and invoices, follow up on payment of invoices in a timely manner and etc.
  5. To liaise with clients, agents, relevant government authorities and other relevant parties
  6. Monitor progress and update clients files
  7. Other Ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements :

  1. 10 years experience in handling sub sale SPA and/or loan documentations.
  2. Spoken and written English are required.
  3. Meticulous, positive attitude, diligent and hardworking
