Key Responsibilities
1)Oversee compliance of legal entities with applicable laws and regulations across various jurisdictions;
2)Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
3)Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
4)Coordinate the work of local law firms and corporate service providers in various jurisdictions;
5) Carry out research in the business unit’s specialist field;
6)Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.
Key Requirements
1)University degree;
2) A minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience;
3) Excellent command of written and spoken English; good command of Chinese (Mandarin);
4) Good analysis skills: ability to interpret applicable laws, regulations and case law;
5) Proactive, curious, rigorous, detail-oriented, professional and organized (deadlines and priority management);
6) Good oral communication skills;
7) Sense of service and team spirit.
