Position Summary


  1. Provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services to our clients, including KYC checks, attending to auditors’ requests
  2. Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, and other statutory bodies as required
  3. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  4. Able to support shareholders’ and directors’ meetings, including preparation of documentation
  5. Updating and maintenance of statutory/regulatory and corporate records
  6. Assist in relevant ad-hoc matters as may be required from time to time



  1. 8 years of experience in providing corporate secretarial support and services
  2. Malaysia Chartered Secretary
  3. Good communication and writing skills
  4. Good interpersonal skills
  5. Able to work independently and under pressure

This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
