Key Responsibility:
- Responsible for designing and building the general capacity of cross-border payments, including fund settlement/FX solution/ fee reconciliation , promoting the innovation and transformation of system capabilities and continuous iterative optimization, outputting general solutions under proactively insight and customer demands refining.
- Responsible for upgrading and optimizing customer service related product and capabilities of cross-border payments.
- Responsible for continuously optimizing payment experience of cross-border payments, tracking and improving payment success rate, outputting effective solutions, and driving teams to achieve payment operation goals.
- Maintaining a good cooperative relationship with BD, product and tech team, effectively promoting the implementation of product capabilities and obtaining results.
Requirements:
- More than Five (5) years of relevant working experience in the payment industry, in-depth understanding of cross-border payments, working experience in card schemes or mainstream acquirers is preferred.
- Have product designing sense and ability, a certain understanding of payment system architecture design is preferred.
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, overseas study or working experience is preferred.
- Fluent Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing skills is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, resource integration skills, goal orientation, strong self-drive and initiative.
