Responsibilities:
- Handle customer questions and solve issues through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Quickly find and fix problems to give customers accurate help and a good experience.
- Guide customers on how to use the website and trading platforms.
- Explain the company’s products and services clearly so customers understand them.
- Work with other teams to solve customer issues and pass on serious problems when needed.
- Help other departments with customer-related work to keep things running smoothly.
- Stay professional and friendly with customers to build strong, lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Having past experience working directly with customers is preferred
- Must be comfortable using computers, especially Microsoft Office (like Word and Excel).
- Knowing about or having experience in the Forex (FX) market is a bonus.
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude are important.
- Must be fluent in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
