About the company:
Our client is a fast-growing digital solutions company that builds platforms for cross-border e-commerce. As they expand into Malaysia, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support their new digital marketing services business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media strategies, accounts, and audience engagement.
- Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), TikTok, and others.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and IT teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads preferred.
- Strong skills in SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Leadership experience is an added advantage.
- Able to work well under pressure with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in English is a plus.
