Director of Revenue & Monetization (AI 3D Avatar Platform)

Our client is a digital company who revolutionizing digital identity with proprietary AI-powered 3D avatar technology that transforms 2D images into hyper-realistic, animatable 3D avatars for gaming, social media, enterprise, and generative AI.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a data-driven leader to scale user acquisition, monetization, and partnerships. You’ll own the full revenue funnel, from viral growth to B2B monetization, leveraging our client’s traction to dominate the AI avatar space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Growth Marketing & User Acquisition
  • Scale performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, influencer campaigns) for high
    ROI installs.
  • Optimize social virality (TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts) and community-led growth (Discord,
    Reddit, gaming forums).
  • Lead ASO, SEO, and affiliate marketing to boost organic acquisition.
  • Experiment with AI-generated ad creatives (using our avatar tech for personalized ads).

2. Monetization Strategy & Revenue Optimization

  • Develop and execute monetization strategies to meet revenue targets (advertising,
    subscriptions, in-app purchases, B2B licensing).
  • Optimize pricing models and user segmentation for maximum LTV.
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement to refine monetization tactics.
  • Identify new revenue streams (e.g., virtual goods, enterprise APIs, white-label solutions).

3. B2B Sales & Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline for B2B/API deals (gaming studios, fintech,
    virtual workplaces).
  • Onboard and manage partners (social platforms, game engines like Unity/Unreal, SaaS
    providers).
  • Negotiate revenue-sharing agreements and drive API adoption.

4. Data & Market Leadership

  • Track performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV) and pivot strategies based on insights.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
  • Position the company as a leader in AI-powered digital identity (PR, thought leadership).

Requirements:

  • Min. 10 years in growth marketing, monetization, or B2B sales (AI, gaming, SaaS, or fintech).
  • Proven track record in:
    o Scaling performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads, viral loops).
    o Monetizing consumer apps (subscriptions, virtual goods) and B2B tech (APIs, enterprise sales).
    o Driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Data-obsessed: Proficient in analytics (Mixpanel, GA4, SQL), A/B testing, and pricing optimization.
  • Technical familiarity: Understanding of API-based business models and app ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Thrive in fast-paced, metric-driven environments.
