Executive Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Travel: Manage the CEO’s schedule, set up meetings, and handle travel plans.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare notes, presentations, and follow-up documents for meetings.
  • Team Coordination: Work with internal teams to support and track progress on CEO projects.
  • Meeting Attendance: Join selected meetings to take notes, track tasks, and ensure follow-up.
  • Record Keeping: Keep documents and records well-organized and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Report Preparation: Help prepare reports, investor documents, and handle confidential info.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Professionally liaise with board members, partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Inbox Management: Review internal emails/messages and flag important items for the CEO.
  • Confidentiality: Always maintain professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Second Upper Honours or higher is preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in executive support, coordination, operations, or similar roles. Fresh graduates with strong academic results are welcome to apply.
  • Organisation Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organised.
  • Communication: Strong written and spoken English.
  • Professionalism: Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information carefully.
  • Independence: Can work well on your own and make good decisions under pressure.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
