About the role:

• Our client is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager to manage and oversee all financial aspects of the company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• This role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, optimizing financial processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will also play a key role in managing cash flow, financial risk, and investment strategies to drive the company’s financial performance. The role reports to the Head of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that are aligned with company objectives and local regulations through necessary automation or digitalization.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations, including timely and accurate filings.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Business and financial modelling, and to work closely with Business Unit Head to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct research and analysis on competitors and industry, identify specific implications and/or opportunities.
• Support the Senior Leadership team on ad-hoc business expansion activities and fund raising exercises.

Requirements:

• At least 7 – 10 years of experience in Finance, with a proven track record in managing Finance Teams or functions.
• Possesses a Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
• Have a deep understanding of business principles and practices.
• Superior attention to detail and excellent organization and planning skills.
• Must be hands-on and work with operations to achieve business excellence.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Uphold strong integrity and honesty.
