Our client is a foreign-invested, technology-driven manufacturer and supplier specializing in HVAC systems, with its manufacturing plant located in Bandar Serendah, Selangor.

Job Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations and tax-related matters for our Malaysia manufacturing plant, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance with local tax laws. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in cost accounting, and the ability to optimize financial performance in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the end-to-end implementation of financial accounting systems and information infrastructure.
• Cost control and analysis: Monitor and analyze direct/indirect manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead); conduct variance analysis(e.g., material usage, labor efficiency) and root-cause investigations.
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement by collaborating with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to align with targeted cost objectives.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of direct and indirect tax filings (e.g., Corporate Income Tax, Sales and Service Tax, Withholding Tax, and Customs Duties), with particular attention to the accounting and tax treatment of cross-border transactions.
• Managing daily accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, FA, and cash management.
• Prepare annual production budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

• 管理日常会计职能，包括总账、应付账款、应收账款、固定资产和现金管理
• 编制年度生产预算和滚动预测
• 确保符合公认会计准则(GAAP)和内部政策

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related discipline.CMA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experiences in financial management, with at least 3 years in manufacturing setting.
• Solid knowledge in Malaysian accounting standard and tax regulations.
• Experience with tax incentives for manufacturing (e.g., MIDA incentives)
• Strong cross-function communication & influence.
• High integrity, strong sense of teamwork, honesty, stability, and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS office.

• 会计、财务或相关专业本科以上学历，持有CMA/CPA证书者优先
• 5年以上财务管理经验，其中至少3年在制造业环境
• 扎实的马来西亚会计准则和税务法规知识
• 了解制造业税收优惠政策（如马来西亚投资发展局MIDA提供的激励措施）
• 出色的跨部门沟通和影响力
• 高度诚信、团队合作意识、诚实、稳定、可靠
• 有ERP系统实际操作经验，熟练使用MS Office
