Role Summary:
leads and optimizes end‑to‑end manufacturing operations in a high‑mix, high‑precision semiconductor PCB environment. This role is accountable for production efficiency, yield improvement, on‑time delivery, and compliance with quality, safety, and cost targets. It drives operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, capacity planning, and digital transformation, while fostering strong cross‑functional collaboration. The position also emphasizes people leadership — building and developing high‑performing teams, strengthening workforce capabilities, and cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end production operations, ensuring output, yield, and delivery targets.
Drive yield improvement and reduce scrap/rework through Lean, Six Sigma, and CI initiatives.
Manage capacity planning, scheduling, and ramp‑up for NPIs and growth.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance for seamless operations.
Monitor and improve KPIs (OEE, FPY, cycle time, delivery performance).
Champion digitalization, automation, compliance, and safety culture.
Build and develop a high‑performing production team with strong leadership pipeline.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related).
15–20 years manufacturing experience, with 10+ years in leadership.
Strong background in semiconductor/PCB manufacturing.
Proven success in high‑volume or high‑mix operations.
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, yield improvement, and process optimization.
Experience in NPI, capacity planning, and factory ramp‑up.
Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
