Group Finance Manager

About the company:

A leading tourism and leisure group specializing in marine life attractions and educational experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team, building a strong and accountable work culture.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for the Group.
• Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia’s listing rules, statutory regulations, and accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights to support business and corporate decisions.
• Work closely with auditors, tax agents, bankers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Improve processes to strengthen efficiency, governance, and cost control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are an added advantage).
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong track record in finance leadership, preferably in a listed company or group with multiple subsidiaries.
• Solid knowledge of MFRS, financial regulations, and reporting requirements for public companies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
