Job Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic financial advice to management and department heads.
2. Support decision-making processes through financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
3. Oversee and maintain all accounting and tax records including but not limited to journal entries, bank reconciliations, provisional tax computation, audit and tax schedules in orderly and timely manners.
4. Monitor financial performance of the business unit.
5. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks effectively.
6. Key liaison with external stakeholders including auditors, tax agents, regulators, and financial authorities.
7. Manage and hands-on involvement in financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger management.
8. Supervise a team of finance support staffs and provide guidance, training, and mentor-ship to develop staff’s skills and capabilities.
9. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth
10. Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
11. Optimize financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
12. Recommend improvements to financial policies based on best practices and industry standards.
13. Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of working experience related in Accounting or Financing functions.
3. Preferably candidate specialized in financial services, salary can be commensurate based on working experience.
4. Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
5. Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.
6. Passion to deal with people internally and externally.
7. Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.
8. Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point and SQL Accounting
9. Required language(s): Mandarin is compulsory, English and Bahasa
