Role Overview

As Finance Manager, you will lead and oversee the company’s financial strategy, operations, and compliance, ensuring long-term financial health and operational efficiency.

📌 Reports to: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

🔹 Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
🔹 Monitor financial performance, analyze variances & recommend improvements
🔹 Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations & industry standards
🔹 Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective controls
🔹 Prepare and present financial reports to senior management & stakeholders

2️. Team Leadership

🔹 Recruit, train, and manage finance staff
🔹 Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team
🔹 Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement

3️. Strategic Planning

🔹 Partner with executives to develop financial & operational strategies
🔹 Support long-term business planning & decision-making
🔹 Assess financial impact of key initiatives & provide strategic insights

4️. Compliance & Reporting

🔹 Ensure timely and accurate financial & regulatory reporting
🔹 Stay up to date with financial & legal regulations
🔹 Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors

5️. Cash Flow Management

🔹 Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
🔹 Optimize the allocation of financial resources

🔹 Monitor and manage debts, if applicable.

Job Requirements

✔ Education:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

✔ Experience:
📌 Minimum 10 years in Finance or Accounting management
📌 Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
📌 Proficiency in financial software & Microsoft Office Suite

✔ Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory):
✅ CPA / CFA or equivalent
