HR Specialist

About the Company:

Our client is a young and dynamic fast-growing digital solution company providing Cross-border e-commerce application aggregation platform, extending their business to Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handling recruitment process from job posting to screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference check, job offering, on-boarding and off-boarding with the objective to identify and hire qualified candidates for respective business units within the hiring timeline.
  2. Ensure the company complies with Malaysian labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  3. Review and developing Company’s policy & procedures and employee handbook (HR Policies, Procedures, and Manual).
  4. Handling HR documentations including employment contract, employment confirmation, resignation, employment verification and any related documents.
  5. Handling disciplinary issues, conduct domestic inquiry, staff counselling and other employee’s relation matters in compliance with local legislation.
  6. Handling payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  7. Handling compensation & benefits program to ensure competitiveness that match the market trend
  8. Implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  9. To plan, coordinating, and organizing employee activities and events.
  10. Responsible for subordinates’ performance.
  11. Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience related in Human Resources functions, experience in strategic sourcing is a plus.
  3. Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
  4. Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Required language(s): Fluent in Mandarin is compulsory, additional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
