Job Summary: 

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to join their global support team. In this role, you will work closely with regional senior leadership and other HR professionals to drive HR initiatives and support the firm’s business objectives. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing employee relations, and implementing effective HR programs and practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with regional business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the firm’s overall objectives, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Address complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment and selection processes, and work with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees and succession planning strategies.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives and support the organization through transitions, ensuring alignment with business goals and minimizing disruption.
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Data and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and work with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is added advantages.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP or related role, preferably within a shared service, MNC or regional support environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex HR issues and driving strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
