Inside Sales Manager / Team Lead (ICT Industry)

We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Manager / Team Lead to lead our inside sales team and drive growth in the ICT solutions space. If you are passionate about sales leadership, managing a high-performing team, and growing business opportunities, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Promote ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance packages.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Oversee quotations, order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
  • Conduct lead research, cold calling, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for business insights.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of inside sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead/managerial role.
  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or B2B sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of ICT products/solutions is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Results-driven, analytical, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Multilingual: English, Malay, Chinese
