We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Manager / Team Lead to lead our inside sales team and drive growth in the ICT solutions space. If you are passionate about sales leadership, managing a high-performing team, and growing business opportunities, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
- Promote ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance packages.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Oversee quotations, order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
- Conduct lead research, cold calling, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for business insights.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 2–5 years of inside sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead/managerial role.
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of ICT products/solutions is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Results-driven, analytical, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
- Multilingual: English, Malay, Chinese
