Responsibilities:
- Promote a wide range of ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance offerings.
- Meet or exceed the sales targets set by the company.
- Build new customer relationships in the commercial, industrial, and end-user sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate goods delivery, and manage payment collection.
- Research and identify potential customers to create new sales opportunities.
- Initiate contact with prospective customers through cold calls.
- Follow up with customers and manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of ICT products, solutions, and services.
- Able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Skilled in researching and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Experienced in cold calling and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and also in a team.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and persistent.
