Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Promote a wide range of ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance offerings.
  • Meet or exceed the sales targets set by the company.
  • Build new customer relationships in the commercial, industrial, and end-user sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
  • Prepare quotations, coordinate goods delivery, and manage payment collection.
  • Research and identify potential customers to create new sales opportunities.
  • Initiate contact with prospective customers through cold calls.
  • Follow up with customers and manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the ICT sector.
  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of ICT products, solutions, and services.
  • Able to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Skilled in researching and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Experienced in cold calling and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and also in a team.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, and persistent.
