Interior Design Business Development

Responsibilities:
· Able to propose , recommend concept planning of interior design and renovation work for residential
· Take possession to follow through the whole span of projects ensuring that the highest quality standards are being met
· Able to work under pressure , dynamic and results oriented
· Experience and good with presentation and must have knowledge in material proposed
· Highly creative with strong styling sense and flair for design
· Friendly , good at multitasking & willingness to learn
· Perform other duties as required and expand of such a position

Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma in interior design or equivalent
· At least 5 years experience in related field or equivalent
· Well Known in design software : 3dmax , autocad , photoshop , Aihouse , sketsup
· Posses own transport
· Proficient in spoken & written English , Chinese
· Salary will commensurate with experience
· FRESH graduates can be considered as training will be provided
