Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Maintain server environments and IT infrastructure, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

2. Oversee IT Operations:

• Coordinate and deliver IT projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and application development, within defined timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate across departments to align technology solutions with business needs and strategic priorities.

3. Lead IT Projects:

4. Ensure Compliance and Audit Readiness:

• Conduct IT audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails.
• Propose and implement improvements based on audit findings to strengthen IT governance.

5. Support Business Functions:

• Provide technical support for operational needs, ensuring seamless functionality across applications and platforms.
• Drive the development and implementation of IT solutions that support business efficiency and innovation.

6. Manage Risk and Security:

• Implement robust IT security protocols to safeguard data and minimize risks.
• Assess potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to ensure business continuity.

7. Optimize Resources:

• Identify cost-effective solutions to maximize resource utilization and enhance system performance.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and cost efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Candidates should possess the following skills and capabilities:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. At least 3 – 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and project delivery.
3. Strong technical expertise in server management, network infrastructure, and application support.
4. Familiarity with IT audit processes and compliance requirements.
5. Proven ability to lead IT projects, with experience in planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
6. Analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and develop practical solutions.
7. Strong organizational and documentation skills, ensuring accountability and audit readiness.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
9. High level of adaptability and resilience to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
10. Mandarin fluency will be an advantage.
