Junior IT System Analyst/Application Support Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

Our client is an MNC company involved in the provision of industrial automation and power systems, focusing on process control located in Shah Alam.

Job responsibilities:

• Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver projects and IT solutions.
• Work closely with managers and end users to analyze requests, review system design, and ensure compliance with technology architecture standards and system deployment.
• Perform SIT and UAT, set up and maintain test environments, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported in projects.
• Develop and review technical documents, and system implementation planning according to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements.
• Enhancing the quality of IT solutions and services by providing documentation and user training.
• Provide maintenance and support of existing systems.
• To comply with the standards of the Company and to perform related duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Computer Programming, or equivalent.
• 0-2 years related working experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
• Comfortable with data analysis, and able to understand and synthesize information from data
• Required Language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skills:- MS SQL and database design, Time Management, Project Management, and fundamental programming skills.
• Preferably candidate with experience in any of the following areas:
  • Software Development / Mobile development
  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
  • Microsoft 365, PowerBI
  • Low code development
  • VB.Net Programming
