Role Summary:
Lead box build manufacturing for semiconductor equipment, ensuring efficiency, QCDS targets, and compliance. Drive continuous improvement and capacity readiness while managing cross‑functional teams.

Job Responsibilities
Lead box build manufacturing for semiconductor equipment (assembly, integration, testing, shipment).
Ensure QCDS targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety) with effective planning and manpower management.
Drive continuous improvement via Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and KPI monitoring.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain on DFM, ECO, and material readiness.
Coach and develop teams; ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, and semiconductor standards.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s in Engineering, 8–12 years manufacturing experience (3–5 years in management).
Strong background in semiconductor/capital equipment box build.
Skilled in metal assembly, welding, coating/plating, GD&T, system integration.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo; Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
