As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Market Researcher cum Administrative Assistant (Work From Home) to support the Sales Manager in optimizing and streamlining our sales processes.
About the Role
As an Market Researcher cum Administrative Assistant (Work From Home), you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager by:
- Building and maintaining comprehensive datasets of client information.
- Utilizing and optimizing HubSpot, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, to enhance client engagement and ensure the seamless flow of data.
- Conducting high-volume data collection and entry using platforms such as ASIC, LinkedIn, and CreditorWatch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a back end independent contractor to provide market research and data sourcing information from different online sources for the company.
- Research and compile accurate client information from external sources (ASIC, LinkedIn, CreditorWatch, etc.).
- Input and update client data into HubSpot with precision and efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of workflows, templates, and reports within HubSpot to support sales initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to identify and address data gaps.
- Provide administrative support for client communications and follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
- Min SPM / Diploma / Degree / Fresh Graduate and IT savvy.
- Good communication skills in English is a MUST.
- Able to work according to Australian working hours (Working Time in Malaysia: Approximately 6.30am – 3.30pm Malaysia time)
- Prefer someone who is attention to detail, methodical approach to data management and can communicate with Australian.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with utilizing third party platforms to build out data sets such as LinkedIn, and CreditorWatch.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is highly desirable).
- Strong research and organizational skills, clear and professional communication skills.
- A reliable and self-motivated work ethic suitable for remote work.
- Good attitude and able to maintain high confidential with necessary information
