About the Company:
Our client is a leading provider of reward and cashback systems for B2C retail solutions. They are seeking a young and dynamic Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
Role Overview
Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across the group’s businesses, including both consumer-facing and enterprise offerings. This role requires a highly adaptable individual who can lead campaigns, build brand presence, support sales with tailored materials, and make real-time decisions based on performance data. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with business development, product, and operations teams to deliver marketing that supports growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution
– Develop and implement marketing strategies across both consumer and enterprise business lines.
– Align campaigns with business objectives, go-to-market plans, and product timelines. – Lead execution across paid, owned, and earned channels (ads, social, email, content, events). - Performance Marketing & Content
– Plan and manage digital campaigns, including paid acquisition, CRM, and remarketing.
– Create or oversee production of content for websites, product decks, social media, and marketing collateral.
– Work with external vendors (designers, developers, agencies) where required, but own the output. - Sales & Commercial Support
– Build and maintain sales enablement materials for the business development team (presentations, brochures, landing pages).
– Tailor messaging for enterprise clients and adapt it based on feedback from the sales pipeline.
– Collaborate with merchant teams to drive B2B2C campaigns, co-marketing efforts, and field activations. - Brand & Communication
– Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and touchpoints.
– Support the execution of company-wide branding initiatives, including rebranding, platform launches, and partnerships.
– Manage public-facing messaging, copy tone, and brand voice across teams. - Analytics & Optimizations
– Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics: ROAS, CPL, engagement, conversion.
– Work closely with the business analyst to refine channels and budgets based on actual performance.
– Adjust strategies continuously to improve lead quality, customer acquisition, and retention outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally spanning both B2C and B2B contexts.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, CRM tools, and content development workflows.
- Highly adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable executing campaigns directly when needed.
- Experience working with lean teams and limited resources — startup or high-growth environment preferred.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
