Position: Operation Executive (Admin Support) – Mandarin Speaker (Salary up to RM6,000)
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating daily activities effectively.
- Offering administrative support and managing correspondence.
- Assisting in implementing operational policies and procedures to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions to optimize processes and workflows.
- Supporting the management team as required, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Promoting a positive and professional workplace by building strong relationships with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or operations-focused role, preferably within the Administration and Office Support industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures within the Administrative Assistants sub-industry.
- Language proficiency: Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
