About our client:
The company is a biotechnology company specializing in stem cell‑based wellness and supplement products, backed by advanced lab research and a “regeneration from within” philosophy.
You will be:
- Act as the responsible officer for the laboratory by signing the required declaration (surat akuan bersetuju menjadi pegawai bertanggungjawab).
- Provide oversight for laboratory operations as required (part-time, no full-time presence needed).
- Support the laboratory in compliance with licensing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the daily operations of the medical laboratory.
- Perform various medical tests (e.g., hematology, biochemistry, immunology, urinalysis), with a focus on flow cytometry operations.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, including flow cytometers, hematology analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, and other devices.
- Conduct quality control (QC), perform instrument calibration, and maintain related records.
- Prepare and review test reports.
- Collect and process various specimens (e.g., blood, urine).
- Maintain the specimen collection and appointment system, and communicate with clients regarding testing matters.
- Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors and handle relevant administrative documentation.
- Comply with local laboratory management regulations and quality system requirements.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Licensed Pathologist.
- Ability to commit part-time hours (to be discussed during interview).
- Mandarin-speaking preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a medical laboratory environment, preferably with flow cytometry, hematology, biochemistry, or immunology testing.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Familiarity with local laboratory regulations and quality management systems is a plus.
