About the Role:
- Responsible for daily management of acquiring business payment channel integration and optimization;
- Develop payment channel integration roadmap and plans based on business demands and market situation;
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholder teams to execute project management based on payment channel integration plan and achieve result of payment channel launch;
- After the payment channel is launched, monitor and manage the stability, payment success rate, and cost of the payment channels, and continuously optimize payment channel performance by collaborating with relevant stakeholder teams;
- Regularly track and report on the development of the target payment market and other competitors’ performance, draw down specific optimization action plan;
- Drive sales training materials preparation of newly launched payment channels and execute training conduction for BD sales.
Job Requirements
- Have a deep understanding of cross-border payments and international acquiring businesses, familiar with major payment channels and payment product functions in the market;
- Clear logic, strong expression ability, positive work attitude, result oriented, strong communication and coordination skills, learning ability, execution ability, as well as good channel development ability
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in business planning, project management, and cross departmental collaboration, with strong driving force;
- Have overseas study or work experience, fluent in written and oral English communication skills;
- Strong ability to work under pressure and willing to accept international travel
