Role Summary:

You will lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless production operations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, thrives on problem‑solving and data‑driven decision making, and is motivated by the challenge of improving operational performance.

Responsibilities:

Resolve manufacturing issues, drive cost‑reduction, and support CTQ, CpK, yield, and quality goals.

Apply problem‑solving tools (5‑Why, DMAIC, 8D) and conduct root cause investigations with follow‑up actions.

Maintain and optimize equipment, update SOPs/FMEAs, and ensure compliance with standards.

Provide technical support to production teams and coordinate with departments to ensure stable performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).

Experience in manufacturing or process engineering.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast‑paced environment.
