About the client:
Our client is a company specializing in the manufacturing and supply of high-quality sealing products, including rubber seals, gaskets, and o-rings, for industries such as automotive, oil and gas, and manufacturing, providing customized solutions to ensure durability and prevent leaks in machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to source, select and evaluate existing and new suppliers or vendors
• Able to negotiate & evaluate of pricing, Term & Conditions, Purchase Order confirmation, Delivery Arrangement and Goods Receive.
• Managing supplier relations and market trend.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure timeliness of information & data accuracy
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory requirement
• Management & shipment arrangements through consolidator, duties taxes, and GRN process

Requirements:
• Possess minimum Diploma in Procurement Management /Inventory / Business Administration or any related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or 2-3 years relevant experience especially in parts industry
• Independent, good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be added advantage in dealing with relevant Suppliers
