Recruitment Consultant/ Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with hiring manager on to understand hiring manager requirements on job order.
  • Writing job opening descriptions and requirements as well as posting to relevant job portal and social media platforms.
  • Sourcing and screening candidate profiles to ensure candidate has the right fit for the job.
  • Working closely with hiring manager or stakeholders to arrange phone, video, or in-person interviews.
  • Sharing most suitable profiles of candidate to hiring manager within reasonable timeline
  • Keeping track and stay close with shortlisted candidate throughout recruitment process till candidate is successfully placed and onboard
  • Ensure good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Sounds recruitment experience with minimum 53 years recruitment experience with proven track record.
  • Proven track record in recruitment and good sourcing skill
  • Good communication skills and good command of English
  • Experienced in candidate sourcing from prominent from portal or social media.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 – RM10,000.00 per month
