Job Description

1. Provide business solution for the end-to-end revenue process for new businesses through the understanding of the business models, consolidating financial related requirements and preparing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) to the IT team for system implementation.
2. Handle day-to-day pricing operations which includes system-based price configurations, pricing contract reviews, pricing/fees data management and maintenance as well as profit margin analysis.
3. Drive standardization and automation of the pricing quotation, fee statements, and invoices within the OTC process, ensuring satisfactory customer experience.
4. Support project-based tasks such as the process optimization and system implementation of the pricing and revenue processes.
5. Take ownership to proactively identify risks in the existing systems and processes to implement the necessary controls and improvements to minimize and mitigate risks through the collaboration with the relevant teams.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or business
2. A minimum of 5 years of MNC working experience with the finance, banking, and payment industries are preferred
3. Auditing or consulting experience with the Big 4 firms is an added advantage
4. Understanding of the OTC processes, with capability to provide solution on operational optimizations, and managing these through data-driven methods and IT implementation
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, characterized by structured thinking, a learning mindset, self-motivation, an optimistic and proactive to challenges
6. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as well as good command of Mandarin in terms of speaking, reading, and writing.
7. Understanding of computer systems or applications, with a preference in financial-related software systems.
