It specializes in end-to-end services—from design and prototyping to full-scale production—focusing on advanced wireless, RF, and IoT technologies for global clients across telecom, medical, and industrial markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wireless, IoT, and embedded systems markets.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts through consultative sales and relationship management.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal submissions.
- Oversee customer programs from initial engagement through design, development, and delivery.
- Gather market and competitor intelligence to support strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business or Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development & sales.
- Those with ODM and OEM sales experience in Semiconductor or networking industries are preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, and can effectively communicate and cooperate with customers.
A competitive remuneration package of up to RM 15,000 per month is offered, commensurate with experience.
