Sales Executive (B2B / Water filtration industry/ Mandarin Speaking)

About our client

The company is a specialist water-solutions provider offering filtration, rainwater harvesting, water treatment and related consulting and services for residential, commercial and industrial clients; with an emphasis on sustainable practices and full-service support (from design to after-sales).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible to attend events/exhibitions, roadshow to facilitate networking opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain network with clients.
  • Meeting customer satisfaction and achieving targeted sales order.
  • Work with internal sales support team to provide continuous coverage to field for for ongoing pricing and technical support as needed.
  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
  • Monitoring and following up all outstanding payments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to superior.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop.



Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
  • Possess strong business acumen communication skills.
  • Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin
    speaking clients.
  • Must possess own vehicle and willing travel.
  • Fresh graduated are encourage to apply, training will be provided.
