About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to support our B2B sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, presenting IT solutions, and building strong client relationships. This role involves active lead generation, proposal preparation, and close collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions through presentations, demos, and proposals
- Generate leads through multiple channels such as partnerships, social media, and events
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Work closely with the marketing team on targeted campaigns aligned with market trends
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and orders in the ERP system
- Provide regular updates on sales progress, targets, and challenges
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and networking events
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Results-driven with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Willing to travel when required
