About our client:
The company is a reputable developer known for developing affordable, quality homes. The company uses a strategy of accumulating large landbanks to support long-term, large-scale township and housing developments. Their developments now span many states across West Malaysia including Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, Perak, Penang, and Kedah.
Responsibilities:
• To attend any walk-ins, sales inquiry or phone call professionally by provide an excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Manage sales inquiries, sales leads, presentation and closure, including attending to potential purchasers and follow up on cases.
• To work closely with team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• To participate for new product launching, roadshows, events and etc.
• Assist in loan application by liaising with panel bankers and lawyers to ensure smooth and timely conversion.
• Ensure all sales documents are complete and key-in accurately in system.
• Timely update loan approval status and provide information to Sales Admin to arrange signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement upon loan approval is obtained.
• To update on weekly/monthly sales report.
• To assist appointed real estate agencies whenever needed.
• To prepare agents commission claim and submit it to respective department.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.
• At least one (1) year experience in related field.
• Able to speak in Malay, English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)
• Good discipline, independent, result-orientated and aggressive in generating sales.
• Positive mindset, proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
