About the Role

They are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join a dynamic accounting team. This role requires strong accounting expertise, leadership skills and the ability to work independently to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies with the guidance of the Account Manager.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

✅ Accounts Payable & Financial Operations

• Oversee Accounts Payable processes, including trade, non-trade payables and staff claims.
• Compile and submit monthly customer collection reports and financial data for transmission to Japan HQ.

✅ Team Leadership & Projects

• Supervise and guide junior team members on assigned tasks.
• Participate in audit preparations, stock-taking and financial reviews.
• Lead or contribute to accounting-related projects, including meetings, reporting and presentations.

Key Requirements

✔ Accounting Qualification – Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
✔ Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial reporting systems.
✔ Leadership & Independence – Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership and take initiative.
✔ Communication Skills – Strong command of written and spoken English and proficiency in Mandarin is required.
