We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Manager to be based in Kuching, Sarawak. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a comprehensive understanding of contract law, and the ability to manage complex contracts efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
🎯 Oversee the drafting, review, and management of contracts.
📊 Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout all contract phases.
🤝 Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align contract terms with project goals.
🔍 Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigating contractual risks.
📝 Provide training and guidance on best practices for contract management across teams.
📈 Monitor contract performance and implement improvements as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management. 

✅ Able to demonstrate success in various industries including infrastructure, civil works, railways, renewable energy, and building.

✅ Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. 

✅ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

✅ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
