About The Role

  • Oversee all hospital finance operation function, organise overall hospital financial related plans and policies. 
  • Managing and coordinating operational activities to ensure the consistency of the financial related policies in the hospital.
  • Establishes system controls for financial policies, systems and develops procedures.
  • Supervise and manage daily finance work of store/inventory/billings / payments / collections / monthly closing.
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and any adhoc reporting and variance analysis as requested
  • Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
  • To ensure the accuracy of the monthly and yearly financial reports and its submission before dateline given by the Corporate Office and shared service centre.
  • To perform data analysis and use it to offer ideas to COO / CEO in how to maximise profit and meet financial budget
  • To perform costing analysis in order to monitor and improve gross / net profit margin of the company
  • To assist CEO on hospital service and product pricing exercises
  • Carry out any other related task as directed from to time

 

Requirement

  • Possess at least a Degree or professional accounting qualification in ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/CIMA or its equivalent.
  • Member of MIA or any equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing and leading of the Finance Department
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven
  • Excellent planner and time management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • A team player, resourceful, strong sense responsibilities and well organized
