Responsibilities:
CRM & Customer Engagement
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value
- Manage email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized communications
- Analyze customer data and behavior to enhance segmentation and engagement
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop compelling stories and campaigns to boost product visibility and drive sales
- Stay updated on trends and adjust content strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Support other marketing-related tasks as needed
- Monitor and analyze CRM and social media performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing for content and email campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRM and content strategies with overall business objectives
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in building a social media presence by creating engaging content and adapting to trends to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Over 3 years of experience in developing customer retention strategies and loyalty programs using CRM platforms such as WhatsApp Business, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar
- Proficient in photo and video shooting and editing for content creation using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content for emails, social media, and marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s tone and voice
- Experienced in tracking and analyzing CRM and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to optimize marketing strategies
- Self-motivated, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
