Introduction on the role
As a Senior Marketing Executive (CRM & Social Media Content Creation)., you will play a crucial role in developing customer relationship management systems and social media content strategies to engage and enhance customer loyalty. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will use content storytelling to engage and convert potential customers, as well as be responsible for building touch points with repeat customers through personalized experience along the customer journey. To drive business impact in a dynamic and fast-growing
environment, this role requires a mix of strategic planning with strong creating skills, a passion
for customer engagement and a data-driven mindset through content and CRM.
Responsibilities
🔹 CRM & Customer Engagement
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value
- Manage email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and other personalized
communications - Analyze customer data and behavior to improve segmentation and engagement
🔹 Social Media & Content Creation - Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Tik Tok,
Instagram, Facebook, etc.) - Develop compelling storytelling and campaigns that resonate with audience to increase
product visibility and sales - Monitor trends and optimize content strategy to enhance reach, engagement and
conversion
🔹 Performance Tracking & Optimization - Track and analyze CRM and social media performance, providing insights and
recommendations - A/B test content and email campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Work closely with other marketing members to align CRM and content strategies with
broader business goals - Other marketing tasks as needed
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 【Preferred
】 - Over 3 years hands-on experience in building social media presence, through crafting
engaging content and adapting to market trends to drive engagement and brand
awareness【Essential】 - Over 3 years hands-on experience developing customer retention strategies and
membership loyalty programs, using CRM platforms like Whatsapp Business, HubSpot,
Mailchimp, Salesforce or similar platforms【Essential】 - Photo/ video shooting and editing skills for content creation (CapCut, Canva, Adobe
Photoshop, or similar platforms) 【Essential】 - Strong ability to write compelling content for emails, social media, and marketing
campaigns that align with the brand’s tone and voice 【Essential】 - Experience in tracking and analyzing CRM and social media performance using tools
like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to optimize strategies
【Essential】 - Self-starter with excellent communication and problem solving skills to manage multiple
campaigns and partnerships simultaneously【Preferred】
