Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, sponsorships, brand activations, and roadshows to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and on-site execution to ensure smooth operations and consistent brand representation.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop promotional materials, digital content, and advertising assets for events.
- Monitor and analyze event performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights to provide recommendations for improvement and ROI optimization.
- Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities with brands, organizations, and media for joint marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event vendors, media outlets, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand exposure.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for improving channel performance and increasing product sell-through.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure event marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or partnerships (Required).
- Strong planning, coordination, and negotiation skills, especially with vendors and sponsors (Required).
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously
- Proactive with leadership qualities and a passion for strategic collaboration
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
