Introduction on the role
As a Senior Marketing Executive (CRM & Lead Generation)., you will play a crucial role in driving both B2B and B2C strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase sales performance. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing trade marketing strategies, negotiating strategic collaborations and coordinating event activations to promote and drive sales for the company’s services. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven marketing to successfully implement initiatives that boost business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, sponsorships, brand activations, and roadshows to increase product visibility and sales
  • Oversee event logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency
  • Work with internal creative teams to develop event promotional materials, digital content, and advertising assets
  • Track and analyze event performance, campaign effectiveness, customer insights and make recommendations for improvement and ROI optimization
  • Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities with brands, organizations, and media for collaborative campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with event vendors, media outlets and key industry players to maximize brand exposure.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities to enhance channel performance and product sell-through
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event marketing strategies with overall company goals
  • Other marketing tasks as needed.


    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 【Preferred】
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience in event management, brand activation, or brand partnerships role【Essential】
  • Strong event planning, management, and coordination skills 【Essential】
  • Experience in vendor and sponsorship negotiation【Essential】
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously【Preferred】
  • Self-starter with strong leadership skills and a passion for building strategic partnerships 【Preferred】
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills (Preferred)
